    Virgil Teja, 95, of Sharpe Street, West Greenwich, formerly of North Smithfield and Woonsocket, died Dec. 12 at home. He was the husband of the late Jennie (Lubinsky) Teja. Born March 3, 1910, in Pleasa, Albania, a son of the late Teodor and Victoria (Belba) Teja, he was a Woonsocket resident until moving to North Smithfield in 1960, and then to West Greenwich 1 1/2 years ago. He was a weaver for the former Manville-Jencks Co. in Woonsocket and was a loom repairman and cloth inspector in various textile mills for 48 years. He also owned and operated Shola-Teja Oil Service for 30 years. He was a member of the Morning Star Lodge of Masons #13 where he was an honorary past master and past chaplain emeritus, a member of the Royal Arch Chapter #5 in Woonsocket, a Knights Templar for the Commandary #8 of Pawtucket, a member of the Palestine Temple Shriners of Providence and a past patron of the Order of Eastern Star Chapter #3 of Woonsocket. He leaves a son, Virgil J. Teja of West Greenwich with whom he lived; two daughters, Patricia Reeves of Marstons Mills, Mass., and Carolyn Roberts of Claremont, N.H.; and four grandchildren and one great-grandson. He was the brother of the late John I. Teja, Margus T. Teja, Evantia Shola and Policsena Caleshu.
