Thomas E. Lambro, Jr
BETHLEHEM – Thomas E. Lambro, Jr., 76, of Bethlehem, died Saturday, May 30, 2020, at the Lutheran Home of Southbury. He was the husband of Diane (Chiacu) Lambro.
Besides his wife, Tom is survived by two sons, Christopher Lambro and his wife Alexandria, of Crested Butte, Co., and Erik Lambro of Bethlehem; two sisters, Cheryl Themel and her husband Peter, and Linda Rich all of Boca Raton, Fla.; five grandchildren, Jessica Palms and her husband D’Anthony, Emma Lambro and her fiancé Matthew Paszek; Summer Lambro, Elijah Lambro, and Ivory Lambro; many nieces and nephews; and special recognition to his longtime friend and “brother”, Rich Reuter, who always visited Tom every week throughout his illness and five years as a Lutheran Home resident.
In addition to his parents, Thomas and Elizabeth (Kressu) Lambro, he was predeceased by his younger brother, Robert Lambro.
Tom’s family would like to extend thanks to the Lutheran Home staff, especially those on C1 South, for their exceptional care and compassion.
Due to current COVID-19 restrictions there are no services scheduled at this time. The Hickcox Funeral Home, 195 Main St., Watertown, has been entrusted with the arrangements.
In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions may be made to the Alzheimer’s Association or Lutheran Home of Southbury, 990 Main Street North, Southbury, CT 06488.
