    Silvia Babiana Fatse, age 73, of Easton, died on Wednesday, April 6, 2005, at Bridgeport Hospital.

    Mrs. Fatse was born in Woonsocket, R.I., and was an area resident for 52 years and an Easton resident for the past 35 years.

    Mrs. Fatse was an officer for the Amodex Products Co.

    She was a member of the Ladies Auxiliary of St. Dimitrie Church, a longtime member of the Patterson Club, Fairfield, and a volunteer for the American Red Cross and the Easton Library, and a longtime member of the Patterson Club, Fairfield.

    Survivors include her beloved husband, A. Peter Fatse of Easton; one daughter, Beverlee Fatse Dacey, and her husband, Gowan, of Easton; two sons, Peter G. Fatse and his wife, Beth, of Hampden, Mass., J. Brian Fatse and his wife, Susan, of Trumbull. 10 loving grandchildren, A. Peter, Alexander G., Marica S. and Nicholas G. Dacey, Peter C., Andrew T., and Theodore J. Fatse, Bridget Fatse and Joseph and Matthew Simoneau; two brothers, Andrew Babiana of Lincoln, R.I., and James Babiana of Bellingham, Mass.; four sisters, Victoria Chiacu of Woonsocket, R.I., Florence Costulas of Fairfield, Stella Babiana of Woonsocket, R.I., and Virginia Baker of Lincoln, R.I.; several nieces and nephews.

    Friends are invited to attend the funeral on Monday, April 11, at 11 a.m. (Directly) at St. Dimitrie Romanian Orthodox Church, 539 Clinton Avenue, Bridgeport.

    Burial will be in the Aspetuck Cemetery, Easton. Friends may call at the Larson Funeral Home, 2496 North Avenue, Bridgeport, on Sunday from 2 to 7 p.m.

    Donations may be made to the Silvia Babiana Fatse Memorial Fund.
