Sena Caleshu
Sena Caleshu, 83, of 7 Hampton Court, died Tuesday at Union Hospital, Lynn, after a brief illness. She was the widow of Anthony Caleshu.
Born in Pleasa, Albania, a daughter of the late Theodore and Victoria (Belba) Teja, she came to the United States as a teenager and lived in Woonsocket most of her life before moving to Lynnfield a year ago.
She was a member of St. John the Baptist Romanian Orthodox Church, Woonsocket.
She leaves two sons, Peter V. Caleshu, with whom she lived, and Nicholas Caleshu of Coventry; two brothers, Margus Teja of Worcester and Virgil Teja of North Smithfield; a sister, Evantia Shola of Woonsocket; and five grandchildren.
The funeral will be tomorrow at noon from the Egidio DiPardo and Sons Funeral Home, 75 Harris Ave., Woonsocket, with a funeral service at 1 at St. John the Baptist Romanian Orthodox Church, East School Street, Woonsocket. Burial will be in the parish cemetery.
