Left to honor Mary’s memory are her children, her grandchildren, her great-granddaughters, her siblings James Giambazi and his wife Katherine of Bridgeport and Elizabeth Vanghele of Fairfield and a number of nieces and nephews. In addition to her devoted husband, Mary was predeceased by her sisters Louise Giambazi Lazar, Florence Giambazi and Margaret Giambazi. Funeral services will be held on Monday at 11 am in the Lesko & Polke Funeral Home, 1209 Post Rd., Fairfield Center with burial to follow in Lakeview Cemetery, Bridgeport. Calling hours will be held on Sunday from 3-6pm. In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions may be made to the charity of one’s choice . Mary’s family offers sincere thanks to Dr. Pasquale Masone for his compassionate care throughout Mary’s illness and also to the staff of Vitas entrusted with Mary’s care for their support.
